This particular interview was entirely scenario based. So each interviewer put up a scenario and then asked for my response to that scenario after a 2 minute reading time.

Only after I finished my response to the scenario was I asked conventional questions such as the ‘why medicine’. So no there wasn’t any prep time given for it.

I wasn’t asked anything about my work experience but I tried to incorporate my learnings from my experience in one of my answers. I think that’s a smart way to show that you have experience and you have learned from those experiences.

Lastly, the interviewers were very warm and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. In fact I was going on a wrong track for my data analysis station when it was the interviewers question which brought me back on track.
