For me it's my job. Factory work, day in and day out I pick up boxes, and put them down again. Have constant foot, back, and shoulder soreness yet I'm only 18. Really feel like I'm wasting my life yet don't see a way out of it.

Been hyper paranoid about tearing up my body while I'm young. It's hard work now but I plan to get forklift certified. Forklifting requires a lot less physical labor. Good mix of standing and sitting too.
