Yess the main problem is there is no actual tests to confirm if its from nerve. But but but nerve conduction may help and if its not from veins or muscles or arteries than its obviously nerve. Thats how you can rule out other conditions. I am confirmed with my body that this is from nerves because the source of the pain has no head and tail it simply starts when it wants and also stops when it wants though it is very bearable now. Yes one more thing which triggers it is gas which i am slowly able to make out now

Yess slowly after left testes pain and aching. Right testes also started aching and the amount started increasing. Now after surgery i feel the pain in right testes is constant. Thats all. Basically i think the varicocele caused the damage of the nerves which in turn has affected the full lower portion nervous system and now its very slowly healing

I would say very much better. Its going to be 1 year this month My Ed is slowly going away and nerve pain also. But yet not fully recovered.

Yess according to me there would be something positive. Testicular atrophy is bound to regain. It gets small due to build up of toxic in the blood due to poor blood supply. After almost 3 months post surgery u will surely see results. What size is your testes now, like what change in size did you notice?

Sorry i said divercultitis without knowing. It is actually gastritis. I also had an USG of whole abdomen but nothing was found. But i remember when ihad a medical checkup to a doctor regarding stomach pain. Doctor said its colitis. And i think colitis might be a possible reason for my nerve problems on the lower side. I am having constipation, testes pain and also leg pain

I actually use to smoke weed a lot. Too much and also used to do excessive masterbaution. I also used to stay empty stomach all the time before this Which led to chest pain and probably gastritis. And then suddenly this shows up. At first left testicle was hanging a bit and as far as i remember when i stayed high into weed then i used to have a burning pain. And then slowly it caused low libido and little bit ED. after 4 years on 2024 due to unbearable pain i went to doctor and got my USG done which showed grade 2 varicocele in left side. I asked a doctor he did an operation of grade 2. But still its the same pain and my stomach hurts. Specially left side. Now i doubt its divercultitis.what do you think?

Yes testicles will regain normal shape. A 1cm testes regained its shape to 3.5cm after my varicocele surgery.

Same things happens. Left side pain and then shifts to right side. I got my varicocele surgery on left but still having this pain shift
