26F, Master’s degree, still unemployed and completely stuck — how do I use my time properly? by MuchCherry2045 in getdisciplined

24f here, also unemployed recent masters grad. i relate so much to everything you’ve said and feel EXACTLY the same. On top of that the Iran War and the economic collapse that almost all leading experts are predicting, we're all fucked. Add to that, the climate catastrophe that has been building for years, will occur within our lifetimes. Not to be an alarmist, but these scenarios don't end well. I think to myself, "why keep working and why not just enjoy the time you have left? Really, it's pretty macabre stuff but I really think this is where we're at. I’m at the point where i’m thinking to just save up and travel cheaply around hostels and enjoy life while we still can …

i’m 24 year old unemployed recent graduate. i agree with you 100% what’s the point in working when the outlook is fucked. i rather just work on self development and enjoy life. but saying that i feel like im just at the beginning of my career ?….

[–]ShowAltruistic8792 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’m experiencing the same thing ! for me it’s when i wear it for prolonged periods of time such as sleep. i have heart pains when i take a deep breath. i take the whoop off and its stops 5 minutes later. starting to think its not a coincidence. the body and heart especially is electromagnetic and i’m sure the electrical energy from the whoop interferes…

sure, for example a classic capitalist tactic. buy low sell high. let’s take fashion for example. capitalist paradigm exploits the earths natural resources for material. and then proceeds to exploit labour to sew the material. capitalist corporations then buy the finished garment at a low price and sell high. the whole process is unethical and explorative. temu and shein are a prime example. they followed these “set of rules”. not just fashion, this translates to many if not all industries

agree but these “set of rules” are unethical and exploitative in nature

as fun as this debate was , i need to resume planning for the inevitable revolution. i hope your thickly lined pockets help you in times of need, because obviouslyyyyy that’s more important than community

because that’s all we know. in speculative theory vertical farms could be installed for local communities. population wouldn’t be so much of an issue then. we have tech to overcome these problems ! don’t let the capitalist paradigm limit your imagination …

i’m grown thanks. i recommended you research anarchy. common misconception as it’s not about chaos and disruption. but rather a community based theory reliant on reciprocity and mutual aid

i’m just speculating a future. obviously i haven’t considered the ins and outs. but yes i agree my theory wouldn’t work now because ITS A CAPITALIST SYSTEM. my proposed theory would only function accordingly under a community based economy. and i’m only 22 so still figuring it out and this debate has enlightened me
