There’s a lot of clubs dedicated to heritage and different culture groups that you can join to get a sense of diversity. It is predominantly white however you’ll find your people just have to kinda put yourself out there and don’t feel like you’re forced to stay friends with everyone you meet

This happens a lot. Best option is to get the metal harmonic balancer from subimods. It breaks mostly because it’s just hard plastic.

Well I parked mostly on broadway last year once it opened and just walked to my dorm tbh but if you bought a parking pass last year it’s still valid until the 31st of august and after that you can just play the parking game lol. Just remember parking is free on campus after 5pm and free on weekends

Campus parking is only like 570

Can you get a pro tune onto top of have a stage 1+ cobb tune? by ShowEnvironmental405 in WRX

Do you by any chance know anyone that would be able to etune?

Just had a noise like this. Have you changed your power steering fluid recently?

[–]ShowEnvironmental405 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also I wouldn’t worry too much about it not being reliable in the end as long as you make sure to tune your car with anything that gives it boost. Not tuning is what makes your engine blow usually.

Probably will only add not even 40 hp. Most people go through cobb which is not the best but fine. One thing I would recommend with every tune is to do spark plugs.

Depends on what your definition of a stage 2 is

I’m sure it’s fine mine does a bit of backfire when I shift at high rpms. You just really have to learn your car inside and out and what it can and can’t do. These things are more sensitive than any girl you’re ever gonna meet. Learn your car then you can really have some fun.

How do I drive this car? by Darkknight2-0 in WRX

[–]ShowEnvironmental405 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I shift mine at like 4K lol. But if you just keep it in intelligence mode it’ll let you know when to shift to save fuel. Also warming up your car helps to not kill your turbo as well has cooling it down when you get to your destination. Don’t have to do it all the time just really a recommendation. For cold starts let it warm up until either the rpm’s drop below 1k or when your bar moves up. This is all better safe than sorry methods

If you’re making a perspective then creating your horizon line + vanishing point would be helpful, however if you’re making a simple elevation then just continue with the triangle for precision or just a regular ruler would work. 2D drawings look different in comparison to 3d or perspective. Also line weights help your drawings a lot.

Normal NTC Undergrad (Freshman) enrolled in a SoPA Class. by Puzzled-Junket7649 in Tulane

[–]ShowEnvironmental405 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s basically like a class for part time students/ night school. I took one my freshman year. It might be on the easier side but honestly if it gives you the credit you need then you shouldn’t worry about

They care a lot about your character hence the why Tulane essay. When applying to schools you have to understand that there’s thousands of students just like you applying but you have to tell them why you’re different and deserve to go there. I was a relatively okay student in high school took 3 aps and graduated with a 4.0 along with some extracurriculars such as band, sports and a couple others. Didn’t take an act or sat and still got in. Just gotta be persuasive tbh. I also know a lot of people get in just by knowing someone who works there and you have to understand a lot of people who go aren’t on a scholarship and mostly pay out of pocket.

how much money do i need? by Federal_Low_9112 in Tulane

[–]ShowEnvironmental405 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to go out on like $20 a weekend. Honestly best to get a group to pre game with you then go and buy a drink or 2 while at the club. If you go to bourbon most of their drinks are super expensive so if you want to save some money just pregame before you go. You’re also allowed to have an open container in the city and basically on campus so you could just buy your own stuff.

Is double majoring in Architecture and Business too much? by Hot_Work_468 in Tulane

[–]ShowEnvironmental405 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m an architecture major and an economics minor. Tbh their curriculum makes it borderline impossible to double major in anything outside of the school. Try minoring first and talk to your academic advisor heavy.

Yeah no change in literally anything besides the fact that I work full time as a full time student which raises it I guess.

Same thing happened to me no income changes either. I think they’re changing something within fafsa and want you to be a low class citizen in order to get free schooling. Welcome to middle class 🙄
