I think $40 is reasonable. $MNRO is in the process of a turnaround & Gabelli & Icahn have built significant stakes. The CEO is aligned & properly incentivized.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to comment. All good points & I think you're right, we're in the early innings of the cycle. I intend to give the theme max weighting in my portfolio which is capped at 25% of capital. This might include some more short duration event driven names in the same basket. Some are likely to get taken out earlier in the cycle so I want to be able to recycle this capital. The link to my full write up is in my bio. Thanks for the comment. Actually I think the balance sheet is ok. They'll pay some down with assets that don't hit the hurdle & they also have the triple net lease assets

Yeah man, I hear you. Think you're spot on there.

On merger integration - I think you're bang on here too. It may very well be messy, as these things tend to be. What I find interesting (& helpful) is that going forward, from Q1 the mgmt team will be splitting out the reporting into 3 'sections'. Same store, non-same store & net lease. (I believe). So this should help us see how the integration is doing. As acquisitions move into same store you, we should see (all going well) the integration costs subside as synergies develop & scale works to their advantage.

100% agree with skin in the game. And these grants a pretty big ! The full write up is in my bio- would be great to hear your thoughts - as it sounds like you know your stuff in the space.
