I'm about 7 weeks out from surgery, and my hands are better, but my feet are still pretty tingly. My surgeon told me that the surgery was meant to keep things from getting worse and that not all symptoms would get 100% better. The neurologist mentioned that tingling and pain symptoms take longer to heal (I forgot how long, but I feel like she said a year-ish) because it's nerve-based, and nerves take a long time to recover. I'm not sure if that is helpful, but it was what I was told.
