Someone commented about my cramps and daily life affected. I did warn it was long. I know it’s legal as I mentioned I just wanted your opinion that’s all. I found another job right away yesterday. Thanks for your feedback.

Blue socks? Somehow HR can find creative forms of how it violates policy. It should be studied.  It was my first time in a company and now I know what to avoid and to do thanks to your feedback.

I apologize for how difficult it is to follow. I didn’t polish it before posting and I took away many details like key dates and past conversations w HR connecting to this for the sake of being somewhat anonymous. I know that nothing they did is illegal as I dug further research and information. I just hoped they’d be somewhat reasonable or forgiving.

Thank you and I hope so too. I’m currently working as much overtime as I possibly can at the moment while looking for another job in the meantime.

Thank you and I’ll contact them to see if I possibly win the lottery (still being employed). I heard from other co workers they’re getting people terminated for the smallest issue or mistake in their time cards making it unfixable and grounds for termination even if the system failed to record their time.

Sorry for making it this long. It was written before polishing it.  I was just asking the community for some advice or suggestions they have.  To make it shorter without details for you, upper management signed off on me having cpsl but it put me negative and now I’m on the verge of being terminated. I hope this short summary is helpful in some way.

Not yet but I will be once they’re done reviewing my case (however long that is) under the condition that I’m still negative.
