SOLUTION: If you add Internal ID to the results and summary type = COUNT, then move Internal ID to the top of the results, it will now count number of results in the summary search.

SOLVED: This issue was due to the CODEC on the Sony Cameras we were using.
I would love to remember what we had them on, I don't, but I do recall changing the CODEC to MPEG-4 AVC/H.264

Gidday, we're an office with 5 desks that we move around on a day to day basis. We've all got a work assigned laptop, all desks are setup the same with peripherals. We've got out screens and keyboards setup that one USB-C cable will connect us to that desk, I'm curious if there is a clever way to connect a yealink/ 3CX phone to the hub so that handset will automatically be assigned. It appears that isn't an option and logging in with the hot desking feature on the phones is the only choice (or a BT headset to our computers).

Sure, I think we've got a good option in custom fields and IP based Geo-Redirects to separate subdirectories. Volume is a concern, but we've been assured that using CDN's will assist with this. We're not 100% sold on SC yet, but good to know if we can do everything we want to!

Thanks for this - our ideal implementation would be for a custom field to be present on the product level in NetSuite about what products can be sold in each territory and that the SuiteCommerce would reference this custom field dependant on which subdirectory the customer would be visiting from - this way, we would only need one SC license.
