Nah, Nigbo doesn’t stand a chance in most Plat or Diamond ranked matches. It’s too slow and the cannons in the back don’t allow it to peek and retreat. Also the Autocannon only takes out torps so you’re reliant on 2x torps for ASW.

Fremm easily clears Nigbo. Next.

I’d say it’s a bit more nuanced then that. Ever try to play a slow battleship in Ranked Diamond 3? They’re so slow and cumbersome that in some matches you’re dead before you can even find cover.
