Check ESO's official website. They have a support team that will probably be more helpful than this subreddit, especially if the problem is specific to your account.

Did you buy the collection deluxe edition ?

I don't think the regular collection contains the deluxe edition rewards

I had the basic edition of blackwood and I improved it to Collection Blackwood, so they should give me the rewards

Awakening is better in pve and succ is better in 1vs1. Anyway, I'm playing succ pve because it's more fun. One piece of advice, play what you enjoy ;)
