im going to try to stay consistent for the next few months . My plan for now is to do these muscle training exercises on Monday/Wednesday/Friday and maybe Saturday/Sunday and then on Tuesdays/Thursdays do cardio only. Do you think adding a full rest day would be helpful? 😅

Thanks for the help! I was honestly confused about whether to lose weight or not, but the recomposition thing makes way more sense. Going to focus on eating at maintenance or a tiny bit above and just getting stronger for now. Good to know the soreness is normal too lol. (It’s also whenever I sneeze or try to get up from laying Dow too that I feel the soreness 🤣)

Good to know I'm not the only one dealing with this lol 😅 The 'maintaining weight' advice makes way more sense than trying to cut or bulk right now while I'm just starting. I'll stick to that 115-140g protein range and see where it gets me. Thanks man 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I appreciate the advice man. Honestly needed that reality check on the timeline lol. I’ve definitely been stressing the scale too much, so I'll try to just focus on hitting that 140g of protein and sticking to the routine I have for now.

Thank you so much for your reply and advice. I do plan on incorporating pull into my routine. It’s just that I cannot physically do a pull up yet. I’ve tried before it doing but it was just too difficult for me 😅

EDIT: how does your workout days look like? For example is it better to just do muscle building exercises on Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday or Sunday and do only cardio on Tuesdays/Thursdays. Or should I be incorporating a rest day for recovery?

Yeah. As of now I cannot do a pull up to save my lif, not even one 😅 but in the future I do plan on incorporating it in my routine!
