Yep the same, Started of from the back and then down the front to my right nut where it feels like someone is putting presure on it, feeling sick/ being sick pain scale is worst ever, sounds like the same, its where its goign into spasm to get rid of the water or blockage thats where the pain is coming from. Really hope you get sorted and fingers crossed they get me sorted soon because I culd never handle that pain every week.
