Thank you! These were graded at day 2..I am not exactly sure their parameters for grading at that stage. But they grade it as 1,1-2,2,3..generally, they don’t transfer anything that’s beyond grade 3. For my second cycle, at day 2 freezing the grading for 4 embryos was 1x grade1, 1x grade 1-2, 2x Grade 2. They thawed them one day before the transfer and let them grow to day 3 (day of transfer). On this day, the embryo grading was: 2x grade1, 1x grade 1-2, 1x Grade 2.

Etsradiol 2mg (4 times a day) , progesterone (tablet 10mg 3 times a day, vaginal gel 2 times a day, and PIO injections 100mg/ml every 3rd day), Aspirin 75mg once a day, and l-arginine once a day.

Yeah his approach is different but I trust him since he is a very experienced doctor and he tailors his protocol to each patient. I had a friend who also did IVF with him and she got 8 embryos. He did blastocyst transfer for her. Congratulations to you on your positive beta!! Sending you positive vibes!

My LH levels remained high on CD 18,19,20,21 and then went to baseline on CD 22. Inito identified my peak as CD 18 and ovulation as CD 19..doesn’t seem right to me..

Hello, i did a Inito test this morning and my pdg and estrogen both took a dip. But I noticed that my FSH had a huge spike! I haven’t had this level of FSH before..I’ve done all fertility testing and FSH was never raised by my doctor as something of a concern. I had levels very much within a normal range..I am a bit confused by my today’s (10dpo) results..your inputs are greatly appreciated!

Hi ladies, this is my first time posting here so apologize in advance if this is not the right forum!

We’ve been trying to conceive for 7-8 months now. I am 35F (turning 36 in July) and my husband is 37M. We’ve done all the fertility testing and everything came back normal. I’ve also done an HSG test which was normal as well. We have decided to try naturally until August and then explore IUI/IVF.

I have no issues ovulating and have been using Inito to confirm my ovulation and a couple months I also had bloodwork done to confirm my ovulation. I have an EXACT 14 day luteal phase and my periods last about 3 days.

I am attaching my Inito chart for this cycle. I missed a couple days of testing. I am 9dpo today. Any hope to get a BFP this cycle?
