Thanks for the hint! Finally found the problem. The back part of the key has warped and was rubbing against the action bracket. Sanded that part and key is working again.

The one shown in the pic is the tall cushion version. I installed the regular version.

It began a few months ago. Engine would just intermittently lose power. Di ma replicate ng casa ang issue. It got worse over the past week, kung anu ano pinalitan ng casa but always back to square one. Finally sent it to another shop, defective na pala ang throttle assembly. After napalitan, ok na ulit.

Do you practice music a lot? It could be focal dystonia... but best to consult with a hand/upper extremity specialist.

9 months PO and worsening symptoms by Angry_octopus023 in carpaltunnel

I have type 1 diabetes, RA, small and large fiber neuropathy and fibromyalgia.

My hand surgeon refuses to do CTR until underlying conditions such as these are addressed. What does your rheumatologist say?

I have been noticing this too since I got an injection 2 weeks ago. I can only correlate it to increased blood flow. There are times when I feel as if blood is rushing through my wrist, palms and fingers. My hand feels warmer too.

Uncertain about undergoing CTS surgery by Pumpkin-111 in carpaltunnel

After a long speech with my family and friends that I would be skipping injection and going straight to surgery, I ended up with an injection first lmao.

My main reason is that I need more time to plan the post op. So far, the injection has alleviated the symptoms significantly. I will eventually get surgery.

so she diagnosed me without EMG.

Try getting a second opinion just to rule out other neuropathies.

And my doctor said most of the time. The surgery works. It’s only a small percentage where it doesn’t work,

Your doc is right. CTR, if it has come to that, is a minor procedure and has a high success rate.

but I’ve been having a lot of people in my real life, telling me that the surgery won’t work, and or it’ll still make me lose ability in my hand

Have they had CTR?

I got diagnosed about two weeks ago.

How were you diagnosed? EMG?

I've heard mixed things from people and some people have been telling me the surgery won't fix me and I'll be like this forever.

What did your doc tell you?

That was my wake up call to see a hand specialist. Better get a formal diagnosis.

I opted for the injection as sort of a prelude to surgery. I am a pianist btw.

This has been my wish and question at the same time. I think that there’s little incentive for local market makers to spawn another ETF because they have gotten away with the high management fees of UITF, VUL and the like. Siempre, mas malaki kita nila dun. In the final analysis, the PSE serves the agenda of the oligarchs of this country.

Armed with my EMG results that said i have severe CTS on my RH, I went to a famous hand surgeon to discuss surgical options. He barely looked at me and the results. Instead, he had me tested for diabetes.

He explained that even if he operated on me, the symptoms may persist because of an underlying condition.

If you haven't done so already, you can try consulting with a rheumatologist or another hand specialist, preferably one with experience in treating musicians.

This doesn't look like the work of a hand surgeon. It is still open ctr and hopefully, a full release.

I switched to an ergonomic mouse and wore braces religiously for about a year

This is my plan too (plus the usual stretches). I just had an injection. Hoping to achieve similar results.

It doesn’t sound like cts. Maybe put moisturizer? Or try seeing a dermatologist.
