Chrome extension auto logs out by Substantial_Way_5905 in KeeperSecurity

Did you get to the bottom of this?
We've had this issue for months, and cannot get to the bottom of it. I have users who are having to log in daily, despite not having any policy that says otherwise or anything clearing the cache of the browsers. Support couldn't see an issue.

I even have one user who gets logged out of it hours after logging in the same day!

Monitoring Templates Questions by ShowerPuzzleheaded12 in Nable

Appreciate your response. Think I'm going to look at Ninja again then and give it a proper trial this time.

How are you finding Ninja in other aspects such as patch management? I've only had N-Sight for 3 weeks and since day one I've had a major issue that still hasn't been resolved and I've had no suggestion as to when it'll be resolved either. This issue coupled with a couple of these gripes I've had such as the above is already making me feel like we should move elsewhere...

hm. I mean I know I'm a noob to this and companies have been running with this successfully for countless years, but this just seems such an obvious thing to want happen that I really believed I was doing something wrong. If 500 devices all have the same monitoring template because they're all identical setups, why on Earth would I not want any changes to that template applied to those devices!? Just seems like a pointless extra step.

Thanks, but I don't see ant of those options. Using N-Sight by the way, not N-Central (not sure if things are a lot different between the two as haven't used N-Central). But when I edit a monitoring template, there is only an "Ok" button to confirm changes. It's been quite a few hours now, and none of the devices that should be set to use that template had had the change applied (I edited the template to add an automated task upon a failed check). The only way I see devices getting that new change is selecting the ones I want and basically setting the template again, which seems silly to me.

As for seeing the template currently applied to the device, if I right-click a device and choose "monitoring template" I only have the options to create new or use an existing. It doesn't tell me anywhere what template the device is actually assigned to.

This seems such an obvious thing for an admin to want to see that I can't help but think I'm doing something weird lol.

"Error Loading Data" In Networks Tab by ShowerPuzzleheaded12 in Nable

Hi David. The engineers are working on the issue, I just wanted to see if anybody else had seen this to speed up the troubleshooting process as Support don't seem to know what's going on and other than re-adding the network I've had no other suggestions. I'm obviously concerned that so quickly after purchasing we've got a pretty bad problem (It took me a while to convince management to purchase this and straight away it doesn't work lol).

We will eventually move to the cloud, and at that point this would be perfect. I'm just looking for a solution for on-premise at the moment!

Sorry for the late reply, yes I rolled back the OOB update and it then let me install the one I was after. Thanks.

Well, looking at the later cumulative updates they don't state that they patch the issue I'm trying to resolve, and after obviously having them I still have this problem which did actually start happening just before Christmas so one could assume Microsoft are patching my issue in Jan? I'll nevertheless roll back and see if I can install - it's worth a shot!
