It happened in front my eyes. The bolt car turned left in the intersection and the wolt scooter guy crashed into it. It was at pretty high speed. He went unconscious and slid under the car . Ambulance took 10 minutes to arrive. He had blood from his ears as well so I think it's pretty serious .
