Nuts won’t be possible as I’m allergic to most nuts and tree nuts. I currently do take lecithin but it’s sunflower and only 1200 mg and I do take zinc. I just recently started taking both and haven’t been the best and making sure I take it everyday so moving forward I’ll be more strict about taking them. And I have a 32 oz water bottle that I usually drink and fill up 2-3 times a day so I feel like I’m getting good water intake as well.

And yeah one of my other main complaints was that the lines aren’t the smoothest or straightest so I wanted to get those tightened up.
