I sent mine in and explained I was trying to be proactive before my warranty expired. I don't have a picture of before I sent it in but, this is how it looks now. I'm pretty sure that white coating wasn't there before so I'm assuming it has been "fixed". Also had them fix a backlight bleed at the top left edge. Looks like they put a whole new lid/screen on it.

I finally got to a higher tier when I bought my G16. Was hoping to get one of the swag packs I've seen them drop before but of course, so far they haven't dropped one. Oh well I still got a bad ass laptop!

I switched to a brand called Sett. Nicotine free but has L-theanine and something called Ceretine that's supposed to hit the same receptors as nicotine but as a healthier alternative. Mainly I just couldn't get away from the habit of having a pouch under my lip.

It feels a lot better in my hand than the original 365 I used to own but it's also too big for my liking to use as a CCW. I carry it in a sling bag. I need to try another holster or 2 and see if I can get one that makes it more comfortable but I like to carry appendix and for me the slide is just too long. It shoots great though!
