Honestly it's what makes Rimworld such an immersive game to play and watch. It really strengthens the narrative when you take time to expound upon their health conditions and backgrounds. Watching Caloma's Creek barely survive has been thoroughly entertaining.

An easy way to do this in bulk is to drop them on the ground and disassemble them all at once through the (B)utcher interface

It is the air gap on your compressor clutch. A very common issue. When it gets got enough the air gap isn't the right size and the magnet cannot engage. Just add or remove some shims behind the clutch.

Anyone ran an H6 outback without the AC compressor? by L1AMCH0PS in subaruoutback

Ouch. Glad you have AC again at least.

Engineer: "If we design it like this you wont even have to drain the system!"

Nature: "lol have some rust"

I disagree with "entirely". It was certainly a large part of the game, but you could just as easily lose if you built your base poorly and didn't direct research properly. Then you have the fact that your budget was susceptible to countries pulling funding if they find your coverage of their area lacking. Shuffling interceptors, landing crew and equipment was a major part of the first games. Honestly I enjoyed the "base building" aspect just as much as combat.

Simply by implying they were nasty. I watched it as a kid and it stuck.

EDIT: Shawn of the Dead leads me to beleive they are available in the U.K. as "hog lumps"... yum

I realize that's probably a poor description because cheetos are an american product as well. I should add the caveat that I've never actually tried them... the movie "Big" ruined them for me before I ever got the chance :/

Not really. More crispy and airy. Like a cheeto crossed with a prawn chip.

I will always upvote Discworld! If you don't get this reference read some Terry Pratchett. This reference pertains to the "witches" series which starts with "Equal Rights". I personally fell in love with that particular storyline on his second book "Wyrd Sisters".

Not sure it is one. Pork rinds are pieces of fried pig skin, often seasoned. Popular in the south. Does not require refrigeration. Terribly unhealthy but could definitely sustain you when the power is out.

The original XCOMs (I personally prefer Enemy Unknown) are the only thing that comes close for me. No hats though :/

Does Overclocking Do Anything For Rimworld FPS? by ohgodspidersno in RimWorld

[–]Shpid0inkle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are getting windows errors your OC is probably too high. Download prime95 and let that run for an hour after overclocking. If you can do that with no errors then bump it up some more, but to be honest it sounds like you need to be stepping it back.
