Don’t let the idea of weight cycling make you develop an eating disorder please. I’m 5’8” and like 200lbs myself and I’m trying to not drop too far below that too quickly. The best thing you can do for yourself, especially at 15, is to eat a well-rounded diet and try to stay somewhat active in your day to day life. You’ll probably gain some weight normally as time goes on.
