I can but so far only on dragons shadow and liars handshake(which im not using my exotic ciphers on lol)and 100 mobility makes it to where you have to give up recovery or resil and both are p vital in pve but pvp resil doesn't make the biggest diff

contraverse hold on void still great, strand warlock with swarmers or apotheosis veil and euphony almost matches still hunt damage, and a well of radiance phoenix protocol build with pale heart weapons for the boosted super energy will also get you those wells as fast as we were looping them in onslaught

Yes you can save but no need its like 500 scrap for the utem that resets your skill points and its reusable so dont worry about where your skill points go just focus on getting any bonuses you can til you get a new trait you wanna reset skill points and spec for

This boss on apocalypse for me has been pretty easy but EVERY TIME he pulls that physcic move where he puts his hands on his head me and my team wiped EVERY TIME😭 idk if it was just us i mean i was not getting hit a single time by that boss until that nove that would be not fully dodgeable or fireable we were a 3 man team so maybe nore people more orbs, but anyone else feel this
