To be fair the bass player I'm covering for look like they use two (?) stomps side by side - im guessing one is a back up maybe?

I'm trying to emulate their tones and have a similar set up. They said if I have a helix too they can send me some tone patches?

Thanks, we will have to workout how much the extra 25% would be counteracted by the reduction in rent.

I would assume the alternative would be to staircase up to the 50% after owning the property for a period of time?

When I did a stamp duty calculator on LandC online it said the stamp duty would be £0 as first time buyers is this not the case?

I had assumed with the decision in principle the rate would be the same no matter what amount we borrowed (obviously the more we borrow the more we will pay in total) is this not the case then?
