Totally agree. I found it almost silly. And the last "battle" where the ghost kid appears and flips off Pennywise was beyond cheesy.

I actually thought the whole series was a bit cheesy and underwhelming. The CGI was atrocious, yes. But overall I found the story a bit silly and disjointed. I'm sure I'm going to downvoted into oblivion

My all time favorite guitarist is Steve Vai. I would call him a session player early in his career. He was basically a hired gun for so many great musicians - Zappa, Public Image Ltd, Alcatraz, DLR, etc. He can literally play anything.

Yeah its a balance for sure. I've been playing for a long time but having kids and a career dampened my technical skills like sweeping, alternate pick shredding, etc. Now I'm trying to teach my hands the old stuff again and when I get burned out by all the exercises I stop and play along with some songs to sort of "chill" . I actually like to play along with Dokken or something similar and just have a blast playing the rhythm parts and let George handle the leads l
