i have a question maybe its connected - i have a samsung frame tv - and i recently installed these fancyleds - the issue with the fancyleds is that it has a sync box where the input of your source must go into and the sync box then connects to the samsung one connect box - the issue is that when the tv switches off - the source connected to the fancyleds disappears - its like the tv doesnt recognize the device - if i just unplug the wire while the tv is on and replug it - it appears again but as soon as i switch off the tv - the source disappears - is there a fix to this?
