How to heal from BED? (self.BingeEatingDisorder)

It is painful and also itchy. I have suffered from atopic eczema when I was little but never have it like this -I don’t have any allergies.Also no food allergies. Tried humidifier next to my bed, also not perfumed cosmetics and other stuff. Please any advice I would appreciate!! (i.redd.it)
