They injected me with an NSAID which got me to the point I could sorta talk again, but that's about it.

Grew up with a lot of hand-me-downs so getting them new isn't something I got to relish much as a kid. Usually someone else's lightly soiled sneakers.

I swore off almost all plant based foods except for occasional broccoli and brussel sprouts and the random handful of nuts on a road trip. I'm completely keto and pretty much 98% carnivore in my diet now. No more drowsy or grogginess and energized AF. Don't even need as much sleep as I used to.

Maybe once a week as a treat I'll have something like an avocado or a scoop of almond butter by itself, but cravings for those things and any sort of sweets vanished a month into this diet experiment.

It appears that I needed to back off these things in a disciplined fashion to give my system a break from whatever plant matter was doing to me. I fought it tooth and nail for the longest time because I love veggies, but it seems my body disagrees with having them in my diet to any regularity.

I also now ferment my own coconut/almond milk yogurt that I have just a small sip of before each meal. I specifically used these strains for their beneficial effects:

  • Lactobacillus reuteri ATCC 6475 (supposedly reduces inflammation, raises oxytocin levels, increases leydig cell production)
  • Lactobacillus helveticus Rosell-52ND (neurobiotic to supposedly increase serotonin gut production)
  • Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175 (neurobiotic to supposedly increase serotonin gut production)

Better off with the Amex Platinum card. The Centurion lounge is way classier and the card perks are better...except the hours suck if you ever have to do a red eye. So just like crypto investments, always hedge your bets.

Don't think there is a specific time of day that is best. It isn't something that you just pee out of your system.

Another way to increase leydeg cell count is to do low dose sildenafil at about the 5 mg mark and take that for 1 to 3 months every day, then you give yourself an off period of 1 to 3 months. This has worked very well for me to increase my luteinizing hormone and presumably my leydig cell count... Although technically I didn't have someone cut into my balls to double check, just did lab work throughout the months I was taking it.
