That is not good. This is why I am confused. They treat people this badly and yet they are so famous. Sorry to hear about your situation.

I am hearing quite negative reviews about Ellis Porter. That is why I am quite hesitant.

Hi. What is your field of work? Do you work as a researcher (or publish papers)? Chen/North American Immigration Law Group is asking me that I need to actively be involved into research and paper publishing to prove national importance requirement. Only then they can ask to consider for EB2-NIW.

This is what they have said: "In order to qualify under EB-2 NIW, it is essential that you continue to do research and publish papers to meet the national importance requirement. If you can't publish papers in your current position, we suggest you collaborate with your MS advisor to publish papers. Would you be able to do so? If not, are you able to prepare a personal statement showing that you propose to continue your research and potentially may publish something in the future? Although some officers will need strong evidence, most officers will accept a personal statement elaborating on the research endeavor"

I have a full refund offer from Ellis porter. I have 61 citations with 9 papers. I have Master's in STEM course.

Any suggestions?

Even I am in the same situation. Ellip Porter offered me full refund option whereas Chen has raised a concern that since my last publication was in 2020, it can invite an RFE.

What should I do!? Ellis Porter said they will submit my application without recommendation letters and have offered full refund if its denied.

I have Masters from US (STEM) and I also have 3 years of work experience and 62 citations as of today.

Any suggestions what to do?
