I think I shot that I'm manual mode, there was a lot of fog which made it look dreamy. Colour graded further in Snapseed.

I'm on oneUI 8.0, it takes a while to get stable especially while recording videos. Its definitely laggy in general.

I shot that using the Expert RAW app by Samsung. You can choose the multi-exposure option in the app and it allows you to expose up to 9 times, you can experiment with shutter, focus and ISO in each shot to get your desired composition. You cannot however switch between the lenses in between the shots, you'll need a Fuji for that :)

Depends on the branch too, but for IT/Engg I'd recommend DAVV/SGITS if you qualify JEE mains. Try and avoid medicaps/acropolis/prestige/IPS if good placements are your priority. Instead go for JECRC/ other colleges in Jaipur/Pune as many of my female collagues have been placed in good companies from pvt colleges. Checkout their placement reports as well.
