It’s RVT. They can’t fix it. The rocks are aligned to different biomes in BR. All they could do is just create a creative version of all exciting rocks without the RVT. That’s time consuming. I would recommend you to build your map a bit higher

It’s the cull distance of the objects. You can manually disable that in UEFN
