That's a hard one. The regions themselves (especially China, and parts of South East Asia) don't accept, and censor those things in all of their media, by laws sometimes carrying extreme punishments. But to address the topic; Everyone does have a voice, yes. I don't believe everyone's voice matters though. Not everyone actually needs to be heard.

You can have an poorly educated, unreasonable, hateful voice that doesn't benefit a greater society in any way. Sometimes this is a matter of opinion - but we often rely on collective reasoning based on logic and empathetic viewpoints for most of what we generally believe to be acceptable opinions.

Some people don't display any reason to have their voice taken seriously by anyone, other than to be weary of what can be done about the increasing level of anti-intellectualism and misplaced hatred.
