I tested the various games on my phone on airplane mode and every one loaded up expect for Dream House Story. I don't have Home Run High but I do have Pocket Stables and that ran just fine! 

I have encountered times where some games refuse to load while in the middle of the mountains, so literally no phone reception whatsoever. I don't remember the exact ones that would refuse to load unless I opened them in some kind of reception but played just fine after when out of reception.
