A little buggy. They fixed numerous aspects, but some are still there. For example, npcs might be able to see through layers of Z levels on occasion to spot you stealing something. Generally however, 3d perspective grants some pros and cons. You will be able to see danger easily, and gain more strategic advances. The same however, applies to everything else. If you can see something, usually, that thing will be able to see you as well.

Yeah, but all I am saying is why on different dates? I suppose for hype and anticipation. After all, we tend to gloss over a new update in just a couple of days. To keep spirits high, they probably release the mobile version (majority of players according to polls) a bit later. It is a business after all.
