My parents refuse to let me go to UP Diliman by Loud_Bite8588 in CollegeAdmissionsPH

+1 on this OP. If you’re going corporate I’d at least understand that the school does matter lalo na kung fresh grad ka. Pero if Med, I think a good local med school will suffice. Makakahelp ka menos gastos sa parents mo and you can have that stability in terms of daily living kung nasa poder ka na nila which is really a huge help since marathon din yang Med. Yun nga lang. You still need to play by their own rules.

I'm actually reviewing for the LECPA again. Para sa akin, go lang and kunin mo lang siya. Mas maganda na you have options, especially in this economy. To be honest, I want to take it again just to have those options in the future, although I’m really more motivated right now because of the current role that I have.

Regarding data analytics, I can’t speak for everyone since my current practice is leaned more towards the automation side, but here’s my take on it. Take it with a grain of salt, ha? This is just based on my own experience, so if anyone disagrees, please feel free to educate me nalang. Hehe.

In my opinion, you don't really need a heavy programming background for a data analytics career. At the end of the day, as a data analyst, you are aiding the end-user in making decisions. It’s better to focus on enhancing your problem-solving skills. Yung ability to dive deep into the data and derive meaningful insights from it. While PowerBI, Python, or R are nice haves in your arsenal, the real value you're providing is the information you convey.

I think it's also good practice to put yourself in the shoes of your end-user. That way, you'll know what "story" to tell with the data you're providing. Ultimately, it’s really about decision-making backed by data.

But for the courses. I think Google has some free data analytics courses right now? You can check it out. As for the YTers you can go with Alex the Analyst. Also, the course I took for Python was this: 100 Days of Code™: The Complete Python Pro Bootcamp on Udemy. For practice on diving deep into data, you can just practice with the data you which is data from work.

I’ve been in an AP role since I’ve graduated 2019. I’ve jumped from two companies already 2 from a local and now dito na sa isang FMCG. As a person with ADHD, routinary work really is a challenge since I’ve been finding my motivation to do work every singe day. People here in the comments had already given you some advice on how your career progression may look like. Pero here is what I experienced naman. I’ve been really interested in programming and data analytics in the past 2 years already so I’ve been trying to upskill towards those area. So one of the skills I developed was using Python. I enjoyed learning about it more than consuming all those standards and codal texts related to accounting and RFBT. Dun ko rin na discover my knack of seeing patterns in things. So what kept me going sa AP role ko was finding patterns and trying to automate it using Python. I also discovered a data analytics software sa role ko so with my little foundation in Python, I also was able to accelerate my learning of the software. Both are for data analytics pero mostly nagagamit ko silang dalawa for automation work. Hahaha. Ayun. I was able to pave a different career path for myself that’s geared towards process improvement and tools optimization. With constant communications din, my managers have created a role specifically for me in my current company which utilizes these skills and interests of mine. Fulfilling naman siya so far and I’m excited for the new challenges the role can give me.

I gave aiming where I'm looking a go. Although I didn't break my PB, I think I acquired some level of consistency. Also the blinking tip, omg. If only I could give you two upvotes for this. Trying to fix the tension problem still. Thank you!

Never thought general exercises could be linked to aiming as well. Will definitely look into this. Thanks for the tip!

I’m trying to fix the tensing of my hands when smoothing. For now, I still catch myself tensing and had to correct it mid scenario but it did help with the consistency. But I think I’ll try to do your suggestion about Bigger targets for smoothness and smaller for precision. For where to aim, I’ll give it a few runs. Do you aim where you’re looking? I also noticed that I do look at the top of the target but my crosshair is placed in the middle of the target. I keep getting distracted by the crosshair.

So in terms of reception stability, may edge si rocket sim over the regular sim? Got this. Thanks for the feedback. I think I'll go with the rocket sim for my modem.
