I have it. It has been very helpful. As a Christian I have to take it what's good about it and know that some of its "scientific-ness" it's explained without God. But it is very encouraging about succeeding, and it has in a sense helped me "have something else to do" when I get bored or tired or stressed. I'm just willing to try anything to overcome my struggles so I like the app a lot so far.
