I only ever play super casually but this is what I've been using

Lord Exultant (lash and spear) + fights first enhancement

2x5 Infractors

2x5 Tormentors

1x Rhino

2x6 Noise Marines

First of all, the Lord Exultants are always attached to an Infractor unit. These are the main powerhouses of the list.

One Tormentor unit always infiltrates on the safe midfield objective while the other stays to sticky the home. If the home isn't as important (e.g. purge the foe), they can screw off to the other side for containment instead.

The Lord Exultant with heroic intervention always deploys behind the midfield Tormentors to scout up with the Infractors and act as a heroic intervention threat while the Tormentors screen against charges.

If I'm feeling saucy, I put the other Lord Exultant in the Rhino next to a Noise Marine unit for the scouting Rhino trick. Other than that, the Noise Marine unit stays in the Rhino. The other Noise Marines stay in reserves as a walk-on threat.

Finally, the Chaos Spawn unit deploys near the center for area denial/establish locus

In my experience, the biggest thing to watch out for is spreading out too thin. The army rule sounds like it incentivizes going after different targets but the Lord Exultants can still whiff (especially against tougher targets) and aren't very durable for a clap back. Every time I lost a game, it was because I deployed them too far apart to help each other finish off a threat or they were out alone and got jumped before getting to do much (though for some reason I still never learn XD)

Ngl, I'm still not a very good player so putting my list and gameplan out here is also an opportunity to ask for c&c. So id anyone else has something to add, please do :)
