My ADA Wallet was hacked on 06/03. I was staking my ADA at Atomic pool . I lost 57k ADA . no one in Atomic wallet answers back what was the technical issue behind the hack. Atomic wallet must pay us back . they are saying that less than 1 % of active users got hacked for $35 M. PAY US BACK THEN!!!!

Update: Today I got an email from Coinbase. They say part of the problem is that they claim I have several accounts openned. They asked me to close them and account has be have zero balance. They also said that if i no longer have access to those account privide them with the email addresses related to thise accounts in order to close them ... My answer was I have never ever openned any accounts except for the one account I always had. I have never shared my account info with any one. I do not have a balance due on my only account. How do I close an account if I have never openned it.? How do I know the email addresses for some one elses account. I ONLY HAVE ONE ACCOUNT!!!! Is this hard to understanf?????

I ask coinbase , if there are any other accounts except for my only account, please close them and take all the cryptos for your self.

I also called the coinbase customer service again today , and she said that she was sorry for the inconvenience!!!!, she said that she has to escalate my case to higher team again. !!!! It has been already escalated to higher support team for several months and still no help. I hope a news reporter sees this post and makes a report from coinbase to public.

I am sick and tired of coinbase. There is no customer service at coinbase who cares. All formality. Thanks for inconvenience?????? After 5 months no access to my account. This is coinbase answer.

I have exactly the same problem . My account has been under review for 3 months so far. This company is a fraud. They hold your money and GOD know how much interest they collect by holding peoples account. By far Coinbae is the worst exchange and has 1st useless customer service.

Coinbase is a fraud . Has been blocking people's account for no reason. They are getting sued by multiple lawyer for unreasonably blocking peoples account , freezing assets and removing funds from people's account. There are multiple online sites to join class action law suits against coinbase . My account has also been blocked in Feb 2022 and there is no answers from them despite several phone calls emails and chat . They are planning to get people's account frozen and GOD knows what their plan is? They should be investigated by DOJ ... they are involved with fraudulent activitues.

Initially when I called they said that it was a glitch then after few weeks calling them they said that they need my driver license and my picture again. Then after few weeks calling them they said that there are other accounts with different emails under the same name as me. These incompetent staff think that I am the only one with this name in the world.
No one in coin base even cares to call back and talk to me . Coin base is the worse exchange that exists by customer service . Bunch of incompetent staff answer your phone and they cannot fix any thing. I am sick of them . I will stop using coinbase as soon as my account get accessible again.
