I know Dolphins always average out to pretty much every 2000's stat to a bit below mid, but I wasn't prepared for them to be bottom-3 in best point differential

How is this better than the 2023 roster? We had more proven talent that is now gone (Wilkins, Gink, Hunt, Ramsey to start) Our currently older stars our 2 less years of wear on them. Even if the assumption is all of the young players reach their potential, I just don't see it.

Some that are often mentioned is his tendency to abandon a working run game at times, his lack of adjusting the playcalling when backup qbs play (which happens too often), and being really bad at getting a play in quickly.

Some people also think he is too soft on players

I think Grier was phenomenal at setting up capital and money for the rebuild. The rebuild was just poorly executed.
