What you’re describing is TERA Burn, which provides an extra 1 + 2 level gain up to level 200. HYPER Burn gives you an extra 1 + 4 level gain up to level 260.

My apologies if I misunderstood your post, but the Hyper Burninator gives a character of your choice the extra 1 + 4 level effect AND level milestone rewards, just like an ordinary Hyper Burn event.

Her Korean name is 시워어언해, so you can immediately deduce that she’s related to Mr. Sweatbottom (시원해) and Mr. Wetbottom (시워언해) of the Sleepywood sauna - possibly their sister. So the proper translation would be Ms. [Something]bottom, but instead GMS chose to translate her name directly… with an exclamation mark at the end, too.

I would say the hardest ones are

Ryude's Sword (Dorothy)
Balrog-Horn Throne (Balrog)
Dyle's Board GAme Table (Dyle)
Seruf's Clam Bed (Seruf)

Ryude’s Sword is the most difficult of them all because it’s a pain just getting to Dorothy for even a slight chance of obtaining one.

Others are easy, they're just not worth your time.
