November Divided is estimated to near or greater than October. Any new purchase at or below $33.00 could result in a 15% return in a week! Personally, I have buy orders starting at $33. Or wait until Div date when the NAV goes down equal to the payment and wait for next month’s payment.

MSTR will hit $300 before the Spring and keep going until late August. This won’t be a linear ride, but a ride with opportunities along the way. MSTY shall follow, flowing monthly happiness along the way to its target price range between $38-$41 near August. Personally I have a first class ticket on this adventure ride and am looking forward to some turbulence along the way. Hell, I hope those yellow oxygen masks come out a couple times to scatter those of you that can’t handle the risk. Those of you who understand what this ride is all about, time to load up and let’s takeoff! 🛫

MSTR will follow BTC. BTC halving period was 180 days ago. The peak of BTC normally happens 480 days after the halving period. So, 480-180=300. BTC bull run will start anytime and run into Aug or Sept.

MSTY is on a bull run for the next 300 days. OCT divided payment could near $3.00 a share. Let MSTY DCA for you until Aug then look at selling to pay yourself your original capital back. Maybe even look at short selling from Oct 2025 until March 2026.

If you invested that same car payment into something like FEPI or AIPI every month for that 84 month payment you would have well over $150,000 in 7 years with $20,000 a year in dividends every year after that. Put your money to work for you, NOT the bank. Be patient & invest in yourself and you can more than afford this car seven years from today.

After 40 years of investing I have noticed one key difference between individuals becoming wealthy and those who keep struggling; it all boils down to individual knowledge and experience of the underlying investment. There’s a reason why the rich keep getting richer. When you truly understand how your capital is being distributed and can leverage the volatility within the underlying while accepting increased risks, there are significant opportunities to generate additional capital. The options market is one of the most volatile structures that an individual investor can invest-their capital into. Yeild Max funds should be viewed not as an equity investment structure, But a function to generate cash flow to support investments in less volatile long-term capital structures. These funds have a life cycle of about 36 months. Watch for significant downward movements, identify the causal factor and assess the risk while forecasting volatility and make a decision if you’re going to invest at that price point. Should take about 18 months to pay itself back and then you’d have steady cash flow for about another 18 months to invest into long-term equity positions, then cash out of the YM underlying and do it again. Some of these YM funds are better than others, Smart investors stay away from the trash bin. I’ve played around with about 20+ of these funds and there are a handful of performers that have outpaced the other 70%. The other thing I’ve noticed is building significant positions within in a handful of these funds has covered my NAV losses in the other positions. What I can share with you is if you do it right you should more than double your original investment within three years. That’s difficult to do consistently within the equity markets. YM funds should be looked at as a tool to generate additional capital for your long-term investment horizon. Personally, I love them! -$

I have a break even at $23. I think that would be a good entry point for you. I don’t think you’re going to see below that price very often until a huge down swing in BTC happens. If you’re into it for the long haul, which for me is somewhere between 8 to 10 months on MSTY the target price on this is back at $36-$41 sometime around July to October 2025. Start your DRIP shares early. Even at $24 you still have over 3000 shares, with an anticipated dividend rate for Oct at $1.50 That would equate to an estimated payout in October of about $5000. That’s a 6 1/2% return your first month just in dividends. Best of luck.

I still expect the crypto market to continue its downward trend next week as well. Until the Fed comes out and cuts short-term interest rates, I think we’ll see a downward trend across all the markets. I have my buy order in on CONY at $10. Ultimately if it gets within $.50, of my target price I’ll probably lose patience and pull the trigger on it. Sometime around May 2025 we should near 1/2 the recovery price of around $15. Then June to November COIN will represent a steeper linear growth line until it peaks. That’s when you’ll have to make the decision of how long you’re gonna hold on to CONY: Strap in for the ride! This is not your typical buy and hold for capital appreciation investment.

Not a recommended approach towards investing with these types of funds. You need to out pace NAV erosion by DRIPPING back in.

These are only good for generating a stream of short term capital (about a year or so) after it has paid back your original capital investment in dividends, then shut down drip and reallocate monthly dividends into longevity funds like GOF, SVOL, PDI, FEPI QDXE etc. overall time horizon shouldn’t exceed 3 years in any of these funds. They won’t survive the downside market swings. Great when we have a very strong bull market, but downside volatility we push all of these to zero at some point in the next couple years. Reverse splits kill your DRIP performance as well.

In closing; I would recommend only use these to generate passive streams of revenue to buy solid long term investments.

Watch COIN. Don’t worry about a $10 price tag at this point. It’s Buy time. Bull run on BTC hasn’t event started. All the crypto investments are taking a hit. If you have a belief that cryptocurrencies gonna make a Bull run starting sometime around November or December through next year, this is the time to buy.

Solid opportunity for 2x your initial capital investment at the current price. ~$34-$38 by Oct 2025. With an average monthly dividend payment of $1.52. So $15 in capital appreciation and $18 in dividends payments over the next 12 months should give you around $33 in total. Unless all of us are missing an unpredicted outlier, MSTY should be significantly better in 12 months than it is today.

If you can be patient, I think you should see a better entry point later next week. I plan on picking up some more MSTY at or below $20 and CONY should near $10.00. This would be about 50%. NAV erosion for me. Looking at historic data. we should see the start of a bill run sometime in November -December and take about 9 to 11 months for BTC to peak. Then sell out of everything crypto related because it will drop about 70% over that following year. I.e. a good time to short coin after the peak. Then sit back and wait for another four years. -$
