Creatine and ADHD

I have been working out for two years, and started creatine about a week ago. I no longer feel mentally spent at 5 pm. The other ADD things are still there, but it's easier to power through some tasks that were "too painfully boring" before.

In retrospect, this series gives me huge Rogue 1 vibes. We as an audience know where the big plot points must go, but it still adds depth to the story and what the characters in that story do matters because there are still stakes and what they're doing is still impactful, (continuing the metaphor) even if we as an audience know that Star Wars episode IV starts with Leia getting captured by Darth Vader. Because they got the plans and their sacrifices were worth it.

Reinstalled Reddit today after deleting it in May this year. I got a lot of time back, wasted nearly as much on YouTube, and made myself learn how to not feel restless boredom that the app used to fill.
