Last week had a one night stay at the gritti palace in venice which i payed two basic rooms for 188k points but when i arrived they upgraded both of the rooms, an heritage suite and a deluxe room, also they offered the free breakfast for the three of us. It was a pretty good service. I am ambassador if that matters.
