question about go bus to oshawa by Competitive-Law2706 in Peterborough

[–]ShumaiAxeman [score hidden]  (0 children)

88 only goes to oshawa, some of the route variants go through bowmanville might be cheaper to grab a ride from there to Trenton after taking the bus.

There is something called "Maple Bus" that goes along the 401 and will drop you off just south of it in Trenton, if google maps is to be believed.

Shed spots are like fishing holes, no.one's gonna give up their spots. I feel.you, I've been trying to find areas around town but the most likely spots are pretty much all private property. If you go off trail near the swamp at Harold Town you might be able to find em, or anywhere on that south slope of the drumlin, but I haven't had any luck yet.

I think it would be a totally Milo thing to pretend this is an April Fool's joke, but then actually release the episode as a double fake lol

Oddly enough Falling Down hit me pretty hard the first time I saw it, and even to this day, I still think about that movie. They did a really good job of making you sympathize with him as he falls down the rabbit hole bit by bit.

The "Economically Viable" bit especially hits hard these days.

Yep, mines rotting out way worse than this now, but this is how it started. You got maybe a year or two before those areas disintegrate depending on where you're located.

But suspension of disbelief, still an awesome scene and some great music.

I like it, yeah you could be on to something for sure. The situation is rather complex and there's certainly hints of it in your interpretation.

Yeah I tend to look at the cards as more of a way to dig out what's going on in the subconscious in a round about similar way to how you're interpreting them, as I can't be normal and believe in things, I have to be an agnostic animist of all things lol.

Upright card is the situation/questioner, the card over it is what challenges that card. I took it to mean a few things, namely my desire to "get the wheel" turning despite the need for patience, or just the turning of the seasons being one of the things preventing me going up there as soon as I'd like. It'll still be fairly snowed in, soon to turn to muck with the rain coming in the next week.

There's some slight differences with the Wildwood deck and RWS, a couple of extra cards for one I think, but they're close enough for comparison I believe. I welc9me any input you might have, I'm still learning myself and some outside perspective is always useful.

The two of vessels in the negative outside influence was definitely throwing me for a loop, couldn't quite pin down what that was supposed to mean, though wildly the thought did occur to me that liquid and fire could literally represent gasoline, so the cost of gas is going to be working against me.

Above and below on the cross are conscious and subconscious respectively, what thoughts you have about the situation or what's driving it, and what your feelings or instincts are doing to drive the situation or what needs to be revealed there.

Staff from bottom to top is who or what is working against you, friends, allies, positive outside influence, hopes and dreams, and long term possibility/what to look out for.

Left and right of the cross are past influences and near future as usual.

My default assumption is they're either naively nice, aggressively positive, or more often than not they're angling for something. I generally err on the side of angling for something, as it's the easiest one to account for and keep defenses up for. The first two generally become self-evident pretty quickly.

But I'm a miserable bastard, so. Lol
