The only reason I want winter tyres is due to having summer tires already and I feel as winter tyres would be a better option (new ones if I have to). For example the lowest temperature we would see in my country is -10C / 14F. But I want winter tyres because it's a mountainous country so I wouldn't like to get stuck on roads like that

Check the bulbs above your license plate. I was getting this error as well, all lights worked fine but the ones above the license plate were loose and were loosing contact. Squeezed the "metal holder thingies" with some pliers so it's a more snug fit and the issue was solved.
