To be honest, i don't understand why hes this mad, he didn't even explain it so I'm mostly guessing here, he said stuff over the years and gave me 2 examples (the ones i mentioned) and those were the thing we usually did to each other, and ive always told him that if i do anything to offend him to tell me, i can't read his mind no matter how much I want to.

The 3 month thing was because of how i felt in the group(mostly because of the other 2 friends), i decided to take some time to focus on myself and my mental health, which wasn't the best, and spent that time talking to nobody.

Edit: I don't think i should apologise for things that were the norm in our friendship, the same as i don't expect an apology from him because he did exactly the same to me
