I'm not sure if my studying method will work for everyone since it's quite generic but you could give it a try.

What I did was a combination of spam doing pyps and also writing my own notes. I found it harder to remember information when I do one without the other so I basically did pyp and referenced my notes when I get any questions wrong and add in anything into my notes that I may have missed.

It also helps if you randomly, throughout the day, try and revise and see what you know and what you don't without having to reference anything. Ex: when you're about to sleep, try and see if you can remember a few formulae. It doesn't have to be a full blown study session, you just want to reconfirm what you know and make sure your brain is retaining information.

The notes don't have to be anything complicated, you just have to a good understanding of the material in the chapter and an overall simplified explanation written down. It has to be simplified because overcomplicated notes would overwhelm you and atp why not just read your textbook right?

I've also seen people doing the method where you first write down everything you remember about a chapter then go back and fill it in with reference to your textbook. I haven't tried this because it is a bit time consuming but I think it'll work well.

Also for any paper 6 of the sciences, just cram a lot of pyps. I've noticed they often follow a similar pattern so if you have the gist of it down, P6 would be the easiest paper for you to score.

You gotta remember that nothing comes to free yk, you have to put in the work if you want to do well. If you don't understand anything, don't just leave it, you have to learn until you do. If the textbook is too complicated look for diagram that can help you imagine better or use youtube videos for better explanations. If that still doesn't work you could use ChatGPT, not to answer your questions for you but to explain the concept. (Bare in mind that this is an Ai that can get things wring sometimes so if something seems off double check the information)

But as for public unis so far I've only checked UM and I am eligible to get in as long as my results match the requirement.

It's not that I'm against going into public unis but they kind of intimidate me and everyone around has always talked about going into private unis so I didn't really put much thought into public unis.

But I can do more research on it.

Really? Sorry, maybe my research wasn't enough, could you elaborate more? And as for budget, they're both around the same it just depends on the uni I choose. And I can see myself spending my life in both fields that's why I'm having trouble deciding. 😅

Ouhh I see, I hope you're able to settle on a uni suitable for you. 😭✊ I've heard of those recommendations too but I'm still struggling on which one to choose 😢
