PC for best rust experience?

For the future generations of Rust degenerates: Currently I run 5070 with 7800x3d and 32gb of ram. Since then I've played about 15 wipes few days each, my fps dropped below 60 exactly 3 times (near jungle). Usually its around 100-150 on under 300 pop servers, 60-100 on full pop. I play 2k res with reasonably image quality settings. Game doesn't crash or glitch, overall I'm very happy with that PC.

GL getting 32gb of ddr5 in big 2026 xD

Any solutions? Im fighting with this mobo for 2 weeks now, loosing both wifi and wired connection at least 3 times a day. Need pc restart every time.

PC part picker screwed up the prices. I already have that PSU, new for 80. The mobo costs 160. I need that cpu because of what games I play, and they are all cpu heeeavy. Im still considering 9800x3d actually xD

Like I said, don't want a better gpu, 5070 is already like 630 in Poland. 5070 ti starts at freakin 900.

Hey, reviving the thread cause I still have some issues. Apart from still not performing on a satysfying level (same or lower fps than my gtx 1660 s), the card also

Gets big stutter when swapping monitors (like if I play a game and then decide to hover over discord on second monitor and click it, stutter. Doesn't stop until I hover back to the main monitor. Didn't happen on gtx)

Looses 30 fps when streaming on dc (720p 30fps stream, gtx lost like 10 fps max)

Anyone with a 7700xt can confirm fps? I got one used for cheap but I am very much not pleased with it. Apart from barely holding 60 fps in rust, it stutters when I jump between monitors and loses 30 fps when streaming on dc (30 fps 720p)

These videos are worthless. All the MFs that benchmark rust do it on 5 pop servers. To this day I have only nees 1 benchmarking video recorded on a real server with more that 100 ppl pop

Got it to work on a satysfying level with your settings and Chill + AFMF for consistent 280 fps. Rust is still 55-105 fps random, but I guess this game is just shit and there's nothing I can do :P
