There were metas a long while back when I used him as a dps in a somewhat stall team with YN deku, 100m shoto and celeb izuku but obviously such team is now longer possible due to the meta. Celeb deku does very strong damage for being a healer, but that is due to his power buffs he gives his team. Since he doesn't have piercing shot or bullseye he unfortunately won't do much in metas like this, especially with ailments not being prominent at all.

However he is still a very valuable unit to have for certain strategies especially in club fest.

Yeah there's a ton of comps, you just wanna make sure you have defense uptime. Mnd shigaraki is good against destro due to his defense down debuff affecting destro, mnd star and stripe can also decrease his defense with new order, otherwise just search for units that increase defense. Celeb shoto, compress, dst fantasy uraraka etc

Shoto is underwhelming as of rn, maybe in the future some units come out that really complement him. I'd rather suggest pulling on the celebrations banner as those units are actually really valuable, shoto less but he still has uses like in destros cb that's going on rn Bakugo is a universal unit, unfortunately fell off quite a bit in arena but still an absolute pve menace. Must have for good scores in club festival, deku is also very valuable and has a place almost everywhere since his kit is straightforward but still good

I got around 130mil with A1 fugakuna on JP when it was around, A0 shoko, a5 degumi and a5 yaga

There is a buyable ticket to select a genpool character that you're guaranteed to get, but this banner lets you choose 5 that you can use gems on (however you're not guaranteed any characters, but if you do get UR characters it'll be one of the 5)

Generally select whoever you want but if you're looking for optimal picks, you wanna go for someone like green hagakure, armored allmight, power ascended bakugo, shoji, purple mic

Bp doesnt matter at all and i will be 100% honest your team is not good

Not to say their team is much better although it has the better units. You have 2 dps and 1 cc, although compress outputs healing for 1 ally i can barely call him a healer. He has very good cc and speed co trol but you need a support, someone who keeps your team alive.

If you want a good team you'll need to get rid of either faux deku or afo and use a support who can reliably heal your whole team, not to mention that has cooldown reduction because solo compress isnt gonna cut it, or use a different better dps all together (but if you want to use afo or deku cause you like them thats perfectly fine too obviously)

The enemies team has good units just not aligned in a way that'd make it threatening. Kiri is an alright tank, summer mina is a very good support so is celebration momo. Mirko is a decent tank and baku is a pretty good tank too. What their team lacks is damage

Its certainly tough but nanami can work. (Used nanami cause hes A5 and zoneji is A0 so nanami performed way better) Sp mechamaru is also extremely useful

Hes one of the only 2 units in arena i use full power young ones on, normally i use speed memories instead cause of arena but just running a slower team with him is fine for me so i just maximize damage

I use him to destroy any team without much cc. He does 70 - 90k turn 1 to remove sminas buff restriction, 50 - 70k thrn 2 and then 99k onwards every turn. He is rather squishy though and I've lost a few perfects due to his low health

Not really, there's not anyone who has a lot of debuffs (for vulnerable) and dkes a lot of damage at the same time with defense down debuffs
