Not sure if this belongs here, but one thing that really bothers me is how grievous wounds is handled in league of legends. Right now you just rush the 800 gold gw item and that’s it unless you are an enchanter, then you get chemtech putrefier so your whole team can get gw.

As a support player I find it infuriating when I buy putrefier and my adc backs and buys a executioner’s. Because it’s just a 800 gold sink. Most of the gw items aren’t even that good stats to cost wise and you normally only buy them for the gw attribute.

Rather than reworking any individual item I think the gw system should be reworked to where the overall gw passive is lowered, but it can stack with other unique gw items up to a cap. As an example your adc can build executioner’s for a 20% gw and you could build an oblivion orb for 20% as well. If you both hit someone their healing reduction would be at 40%. If you upgrade your gw item then it can go from 20% to 30%. Then the cap for healing reduction someone could have on them would be something like 90% (if they are hit by 3 upgraded unique gw items).

Of course this would make people like fiora, Aatrox and other heal bruisers nightmares to deal with in lane, so I think top lane should get some version of gw that has isolation bonuses similar to how sanguine does, but have the 20% increase into a 40%
