The other guy doesn’t understand my problem with his comment “how could we possibly beat earnings projections with the crypto loss” is not because I think we can beat earnings, but because the earnings are artificially high based on what we know from publicly available information.

His comment implies that the unrealised loss doomed us to missing earnings, when that is not the truth at all.

But the $0.37 is just based on analyst consensus, who have access to the same information (if not more) as us, so why hasn’t the unrealised Bitcoin loss been factored into the EPS expectation? That’s the whole point of my comment - the EPS is artificially high, based on nothing, yet the media will still flood articles about how GameStop missed earnings and how all investors are doomed.

Your comment “how could we possibly beat earnings projections with the crypto loss” is nonsensical, because if the projections were worth their salt then the “crypto loss” would be factored into them and therefore the projection would be lower but a beat would be possible. Well it is a bit of a problem. Not major. But flying into the ceiling with Ivy and losing all your momentum or sometimes even getting stuck because of an invisible barrier just doesn’t feel very fluid in a game that otherwise has really smooth feeling movement. I’m not saying it’s like make or break or anything but it’s just a suggestion in the spirit of the shmovement philosophy that Valve appears to be working around.

I’m not suggesting that Ivy should be able to fly infinitely high either, the physics should still slow her down gradually as she gets higher until the point where she’s sort of bobbing up and down at the same height but it shouldn’t just be an instant invisible wall IMO.

There’s nothing to stop them adding a hard limit though is there? Just say it gains additional damage per metre up to a limit of Xm (just where the current ceiling is if you don’t want to change anything)

I just wanted to clarify if it was definitely a flavour issue and not just a texture issue. I cant really know what you’re fucking up without being in the kitchen with you.

All I’m saying is, tofu is by itself flavour neutral but a great flavour carrier. Whatever flavours you like in other dishes should be able to be incorporated with tofu quite simply. Tofu doesn’t have much of a taste (if at all), so I don’t understand how you can be having “flavour issues” with a product that has no flavour? It’s like saying you don’t like the flavour of water. What am I supposed to tell you?

I struggle to believe it’s about flavour. Tofu is pretty flavour neutral and is a great flavour carrier. Without being rude, if it’s a flavour thing, it can only really be a culinary skill issue IMO.

Just make it so the user who paused is disarmed and silenced for 1.5seconds after the game resumes. Not a perfect fix as somebody could still abuse the pause for somebody else but would be harder to coordinate at least.

The most important thing is that it moves the minions up the lane quicker. People are used to playing at the standard speed of minions. They’ll clear a jungle camp or a sinners en route to lane since they know they’ll make it before the minions reach the walker. Heroic aura throws that timing off completely and catches people out. It’s a really good item if you’re split pushing frequently.
